It is suggested to join the website or download the Spaces app and join Nykee’s Nails free for a seamless booking experience. Please book using your FIRST & LAST name only and fill out the booking form in its entirety to allow for proper communication. A credit card is required to be on file in order to book any service. Members are allowed to cancel or reschedule existing appointments via the website, at no charge, 24hrs prior to the scheduled appointment. If there is an issue with rescheduling or cancellation online, text 414-215-0151 24hrs prior to avoid fees. Social media messaging is not an accepted form of communication when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within 24hrs, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE SERVICE AMOUNT via the card you put on file. The previous balance must be paid before rebooking can occur. NO EXCEPTIONS! YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED!
Once the service is complete and the client has left, I will only provide repairs. Do not bring any guests or children to your appointment as you will be turned away, with no return of the booking fee. I do not provide extension services (gel or acrylic) to anyone under 16, only gel manicures and press ons.
ALL NEW CLIENTS MUST COME WITH BARE NAILS. FILLS ARE RESERVED FOR CURRENT CLIENTS ONLY. If you are adverse to complete removal of your current set please feel free to schedule when you are ready for a fresh set.
Proper nail maintenance calls for service every 3 weeks. Acrylic fills, repairs, rebalancing, cut downs, reshaping, and GelX removal are all included in routine appointments. After 4 weeks there is a $25 additional charge for extended nail care. No additional time will be added to the appointment, which will LIMIT NAIL ART. To avoid additional fees, book within 4 weeks or return with BARE NAILS.
Please be on time. There is a 15min client grace period, if there is a delay in services I will notify you via text. Please be mindful of the time required for services as I work at a steady, comfortable pace. NO CALL NO SHOWS will not be tolerated and will result in being charged for the full amount via the card on file and a ban from future services. If you are sick please stay home.
