At NYKEE’S Nails Salon, we take pride in providing high-quality nail care services and products to our valued clients. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Services
All nail services—including manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gels, nail art, and other salon treatments—are non-refundable unless the service is canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
However, if you are unsatisfied with the result of a service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will be happy to schedule a complimentary fix or adjustment at our discretion.
Note: Complimentary fixes must be scheduled within 5 days of the original service.
2. Products and Retail Items
We gladly offer refunds or exchanges for retail products only under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return is requested within 7 days of purchase.

A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is inspected and approved for return.
Note: Used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety standards.
3. Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final and may not be refunded or redeemed for cash. Gift cards can, however, be used toward any salon service or product.
4. Special Circumstances
NYKEE’S Nails Salon reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if:

There is evidence of product misuse or tampering.

The request is made outside the stated time frames.
